Reservation Fetch TBR

Extracts all unresolved TBR traces in OPERA application. Search each unresolved booking in OPERA application and extract the booking details for each to generate the Billing Comment. This billing comment will include the Rate Amount, Main Inclusion, Method, and the Payment value.

Also, depending on the hotel requirements, the Billing Comment can also include some other values like Burn Point, SNU Upgrade, and other values.

Extracted bookings will then be divided into two groups. Those can be processed automatically by the robot and those that need to be processed manually by the Reservation Team.

Reservation Update TBR

Bookings that were captured by Fetch TBR process can then be sent for robot processing. Details of the booking will be updated by the robot mainly adding the Billing Comment. Depending on the hotel requirements, some other parts of the booking details can be updated (VIP, Features, Specials, ETA, ETD, and Source).

Some additional setups can be added as well on the booking like Traces, Fixed Charges, Routing, Alerts. These setups again depend on the hotel requirements. They can use several fields us reference like Company, Agent, Rate Code, or other fields.
